Can't remember for sure what I paid, but think that it was equivalent to $30-$35 for 100ml.
When I think of Joop! I think of freshmen/sophomore years of highschool in '91-92. I appreciated it then but am not sure if i can now.
When I was in Berlin recently, I smelled this on a number of guys. Also, Knize 10 seemed to be popular too. Go figure. But back to Joop Homme, I must say it was one of the first scents I bought and it's quite a revelation in masculine perfumery for a borderline feminine scent this to be so popular amongst the masses. May smell nicer on a lady, but I break it out once in while. EdP strength.
"I exist for myself, and for those to whom my unquenchable thirst for freedom gives everything, but also for everyone, since insofar as I am able to love - I love everyone. Of noble hearts, I am the noblest - and the most generous of those that yearn to give love in return. - I am a human being, I love death and I love life."

My classics: Dior Homme EdT, YSL Rive Gauche PH, Helmut Lang Cuiron, L'Occitane Neroli (vintage), Davidoff Zino, L'Occitane Eau des Baux
Anakin: What was that all about?
Obi-Wan: Well, R2 has been...
Anakin: No loose wire jokes.
Obi-Wan: Did I say anything?
Anakin: He's trying.
Obi-Wan: I didn't say anything!
I'm a BIG FAN of Joop! Homme. Magnificent stuff.

It lasts 5 days if you don't have a shower - very hand if you go on a five day hike in the mountains.
If you want a less strong version, get a bottle of Joop Homme Aftershave Splash. It only lasts two days.
But be extremely careful, it tends to sting like hell and make one's face go all red and splotchy, if actually used it after a shave. Just apply it like a cologne.
P.S. Joop Homme is currently heavily discounted in lots of shops in Australia - A$35 (US$32) for a 125ml bottle.
I come across 5 or 6 people every day wearing it strongly. Or I come across 5 or 6 very strong sillages during the day in my office building, with nobody in sight.

I like Joop, and so does famous American filmmaker Ed Powers, according to some actresses
I have to be in the mood for Joop Homme, but when I am I think it smells really good.
This is one of the only colognes I really don't want to overspray though.
I think that JH would be more widely appreciated if it wasn't used with such a heavy hand. This really is a 1-spray frag.
this one is not bad, but it's probably the scent I wear the least in my wardrobe
In Poland you can find a 125 ml bottle at around $4o. Polish online shops, I mean.
PS Joop! Homme is a unique creation and, as far as I know, it has never been reformulated.
Kudos Wolfgang Joop!
Joop is very much an evening scent..
