Hermes, Un Jardin Sur le Nil would be lovely in Egypt. Or if you like green at all, try E. Lauder, Azuree.
I live in the UK. We don't get much of that 'nice weather' stuff around these parts. My scent wardrobe reflects the more depressing aspects of our climate.
However, I'm going on holiday to Egypt. Can you lovely lovelies recommend a scent for hot beach weather?
My summer staple is Cristalle. It is fresh and salty and I love it !
Ohhh - great suggestions! My favorite summer scent (although I've never worn it, or any other scent to the beach per se) is Hermes 24, Faubourg Eau Delicate (has to be the EAU DELICATE version). Refreshing and elegant!
Enjoy your vacation - sounds very exciting!

I know what you mean about our weather! Hope you have
a great time in Egypt.
I think Dior's Escale a Portofino might be suitable.
I love it when the temperature soars.
Also "O" de Lancome, Eau de Rochas or the newish A Scent by Issey Miyake.

I think that Chanel # 19,Pure Poison ,Jicky,SL Sa majeste la rose,SL Fleur d'oranger and L'ombre dans l'eau are excellent warm weather scents.

I really love wearing Shalimar in the summer. It blooms so beautifully, with all this golden-buttery warmth. Some people get a lot of powder out of Shalimar, but i've never had that problem. It's such a gorgeous hot-weather scent.
Hi chezza! I just peeked at your wonderful wardrobe, and I think your L'Artisan Fleur d'Oranger and Premier Figuier would serve you well. I also agree with the Un Jardin Sur le Nil and Escale a Portofino recommendations.
Another lovely one for the heat is Guerlain's Terracotta Voile d'Ete. It's a light carnation-with-sunbaked-earth that blooms delightfully on the skin in the heat.
Hmm..Serge Luten's Nouveau L'eau Serge is definitely verve for summer! do try it!

+1 Cristalle Chanel edt The notes really bloom in the heat.
Chezza, I don't know how it works on your skin or what formulation you have, but I love Tabac Blond in the heat. It becomes so buttery and sultry.

In hot weather perfumes last very little, or I can't feel them, something most be going on. It's weird, I wear my heavy ones a lot on summer.
In winter I mostly wear the light, airy, innofensive ones.
I*'ll give you an example of a perfume that is quite fit for summer, I think--- L'Instant Magic--- I bought it on summer, and I sprayed ...and sprayed... and I cold bearly feel it. This winter I got it out from the back of the boxes and guess what---- 3 sprays were enough, resulted even a decent sillage.
Ok, so if you are ok with light perfumes in summer, try L'instant Magic.
But if summer heat kills lihght perfumes on your skin, than get a heavy one, a poison, a variation of opium, a strong hermes... and Escale a Portofino isa a great suggestions, cause although it's a lemon scent, and very "made for summer", it lasts a lot, and it has great sillage, and also controlable- u know what I mean.
I'm also very much looking forward for this summer, dreaming of it. Can't wait...

Yet another vote for Cristalle.
Either of the Parfumerie Generale tea scents - L'Eau Rare Matale or Harmatan Noir. (At least, I read them as tea.)
L'Artisan Parfumeur Fou d'Absinthe. OK, yes, it's a man's scent, but I'm loving it as the weather warms up.
Jo Malone White Jasmine & Mint. Bright minty floral.
Hermessence Osmanthe Yunnan. Smooth quiet floral.
It's hotter here than Cairo, same latititude, and I have some extreme, oppressive heat faves:
O de Lancome
Sisley Eau de Sisley 2
Acqua de Loewe
Balmain de Balmain
I just tried Brasil Dream by Estee Lauder- I think it would be perfect for Egypt !
