    Thanks, Mike. With all this nudging, I'm really looking forward to the experience! I might need some tips (perhaps from Mr. G) on how to open it without ruining the ribbons, lol - not to mention advise on how to apply it - like, should it be splashed / dabbed or sprayed(?). I have a small sample of the EdT but I've been under the impression that wearing the parfum will be different. I had been on the lookout for a sample of Quand Vient la Pluie so it will be interesting to know what kind of scent territory it occupies.

    Yesterday I cleaned out the entire stock of Bois des Îles parfum at Chanel in Berlin: one 28 ml bottle.

    Posting way wicked late, but I bought during my first ever Sniffapalooza in NYC in early April: Krigler perfumes "Essential Cognac" and "Lovely Patchouli," along with a bunch of Kanebo skincare products.

    It’s thought that people who hope too much will just waste their life away and never get down to doing any real work. They’re confusing Hope with Wish, its lazy cousin... When Wish whispers, “Something is just around the corner,” what comes or not is never what was wished for. When Hope whispers “Something is just around the corner,” something always is. -- Charlie Elberson

    Did a fleamarket crawl today, and I got lucky;

    60ml vintage Miss Dior, EdT Atomiseur, approx. 55ml left
    75ml Dior Addict, EdP, approx. 60ml left
    30ml Knowing EdP, Esteé Lauder, only about 10ml left
    60ml (4x15) Shalimar, EdT Vaporisateur de Sac (purse spray)
