Thread: Le Male

    Default Le Male

I love this fragrance, but does anyone else have trouble with the longevity? I bought it at a mall a few years back and I love the smell but i noticed that on my skin it might last 4-6 hours. Am i the only one or is it just my skin/body chem?

6 hours is good for any frag,
but normally Le Mâle last a
    bit longer on me.
But 6 hours is fairly OK!

I like it too, but I never,
ever wear it, it's too god-
    damn recognizable..!

lol i also have a tad trouble with projection, it does not project as much for me as for others. oh well

I have no issues with longevity or sillage! It's above average in both regards.

I think I like Fleur de Male more. It still has a bit of that Le Male DNA in the background but has this beautiful orange blossom that I adore. It isn't very popular since it's so floral; all the more reason for me to wear it

For a less expensive, more powerful, more sillage, more longevity version of Le Male, check out Cuba Gold. It's just as good.. if not better and doesn't compromise itself by feeling/smelling cheap just because it is cheap.

Lasts 24 hours + on me.

Try asking someone else if they can still smell it on you after 6 hours. If they can't, then it's skin chemistry.

LOL, I'm kind of with OP on this. If you're getting 24 hours out of JPG you must be bathing in it.

Le Male lasts 24 hrs on me, projection is great, one spritz of this is enough for me...I won't even mention Pi or Joop! Homme who fall into same category. It's all in your skin, PH value, hormones too play a role in our skin chem, etc...skin is science for itself.

Le Male has best sillage and longetivity from fragrances I tried yet. (but I am avoiding classic powerhouses). Its easy 12+ hours on me with just 2 sprays but my skin goes well with sweet scents. Only think I ever smelled that probably lasts longer is A*Men (that stuff on test strip has good sillage for few days lol...).

No problems with the sillage or longevity of Le Male on me. I get about 10-12 hours longevity (I honestly haven't had it own longer than that before) and strong sillage even after 3-4 hours that can easily fill up a small room.
