Default Rheims 1538 by D.S. & Durga for Anthropologie

Every time I walk in an Anthropologie store, I end up smelling Rheims 1538. Now Smell This describes Rheims 1538 as a:

resinous, dense patchouli [with] a “green”/daisy-like floral note during the perfume’s opening.

I think that is a good description. I also think it smells unlike anything else I have tested and that it would smell great on a lady.

Any of you have impressions of this fragrance?

How would YOU describe it? I am intrigued.

OOPS, I didn't see this! It brings back an "smell memory" of long ago for me: dried strawflowers. Floral, yet haylike, perhaps a touch bitter. This coupled with a dense patchouli. This is what I get in the opening. When I smell it, I want to inhale fully to enjoy its robustness - not every scent does that to me. I can't comment much on the drydown, other than I do get some muskiness as well.
