I'd like to sniff the Karan and the Lanvin.
I believe the Bulgari Eau Parfumee au The Blanc has been out for some time, unless it is in a special limited edition. I stayed at a hotel last summer that had the full range of the Bulgari White Tea products in the bath....yummy.

I've tried Cartier Essence d'Orange and found it nice, but nothing exceptional about it though. I purchased Nicole Miller. Tried it at Saks and HAD to have it. I love it. I find it kind of sexy.

I liked the Angel and Alien Sunessence and Nicole Miller. I did not think much of the Cartier.

The Cartier is unisex and not bad if you like oranges.

Sunessence is Angel light, infact it took ages for me to actually smell the Angel coming through.

Donna Karan Iris I have seen online to buy but local stores are not stocking it so no idea of what it smells like. I did fancy it but won't jump without testing first.

The Alien I didn't even bother sniffing as I don't like Alien in any form.

Chance Eau Tendre is very boring floral-fruity scent, sth like Lancome Miracle and so on. Very disappointed.

Chance eau Tendre is great if you love the ubiquitous fruity floral, like AntonPan said. Nuff said. Canturi is billed as an "oriental woody chypre". Seems like a case of too many classifications to me, but in any event, I found it to be pretty much a straight-on oriental. It reminded me a little of Cinnabar-very much a fall/winter scent. Spicy. Not really my thing. Oh, and did I say, spicy? Probably gorgeous as a room scent.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.

The new Issey Miyake sounds interesting. The original A Scent was a bit too aldehydic, I'm hoping maybe the new one might tone that down a bit.

I've tried them all and think the Alien Sunessence Sun Sapphire and Nicole Miller are the two best on your list.
The Alien flanker is a nice summer extension like the A*Men version this year. Nicole Miller is one of the better designer offerings I've come across in the last few months.
The next level down, for me, are the Eau de Cartier Essence d'Orange, Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, Bvlgari Eau Parfumee au The Blanc, and a scent by Issey Miyake.
These four are not bad extensions of their respective parents.
The four worst are Canturi, Donna Karan Iris, Lanvin La Rose, and Sunessence Blue Lagoon.
They smell like Citronella candles, drab lifeless floral, drab rose, and boring aquatic respectively.
    There are my quick impressions.

It sounds like Nicole Miller is the Basenotes winner for the spring releases...

It's a pity about the Canturi - the bottle is gorgeous, and it has all the traditional chypre notes listed, with some flowers and vanilla to make it more "oriental". By advertising copy alone, I would have guessed it to be the winner.

I have only tried the Chance Tendre. It seemed similar to Tresor, and I did not like it.
The only new Bulgari I knew about was Blue II Summer, which was a quick release after Blue II. It is pleasant, but pointless, since it is very similar to Blue II that was released last November.

I liked Chloe Fleur the Capucine, but not enough to purchase. I'll wait to buy from discounters some day.

I sniffed that Chloe Capucine at Saks when it first came out and I was so disappointed that it wasn't a coffe scent that I wrote it off without giving it much thought. What is it?

It is green. Capucine (Nasturtium) is a green floral fragrance with notes of bergamot, lemon, neroli, galbanum, sage, juniper berry, rose, jasmine, lily of the valley, ambroxan and musk. It is an eau de toilette, edt. (Description from The Perfumed Court)
