Default The Coffee Note in Female Fragrances

    Hello!
There are many female fragrances which include the aroma of coffee in their notes.
Do you find this coffee note attractive in female perfumes?
Is there such a perfume favorite of yours?

L'Or de Torrente is my very favorite, but Jo Malone's Black Coffee and Vetiver is great too!

Dawn Spencer Hurwitz also comes to mind, she has Cafe Noir. Dragonflyblue.com sells a Mocha oil - I have this and it does smell like coffee and chocolate. Rochas Man has a coffee note, but it's not prominent to my nose - it's is however quite a soft, lovely gourmand that a woman could easily wear - I bought it for my brother and tried it on my own skin, it's really nice.

OMG, Bookshop, no one ever mentions Popy Moreni. One of my all-time faves; I fell in love with it instantly precisely because of that coffee note. It is just irresistible, no?

    Goodness yes!!

Coffee-est coffee for me: Ava Luxe Cafe Noir http://www.etsy.com/shop/AvaPerfumes?page=3

Another fave: Bond #9 New Haarlem http://www.bondno9.com/shop/eau-de-p...ew/new-haarlem (They don't tell you, but there's lavender in this too. Total yumsters!)

My favourite is Balmya by Balmain. Imagine a steaming cup of capuccino next to a lush bouquet of flowers.

I had high hopes for L'Or the Torrente but it didn't hit the mark.

A long time ago I used to wear Armani Pour Elle (in the golden packaging) and I loved the coffee note in it. Maybe it's time for me to re-visit it...

angel for women is nice and alluring, if the coffee is done right and is complimented with other frags sure I do not mind it at all.
