    Question Mitsouko Fleur de Lotus.

Is MFdL ever going to be available here in the U.S.? I have been waiting for this one. BTW what's up with the juice being blue? It reminds me of Nehi Blue Cream Soda.

Actually, it is not that bad. I see it as a Mitsouko with training wheels. Good for a younger generation that may not be able to carry Mitsouko with confidence, or as a ligher alternative for hot weather. I prefer the original though.

Just for the Asian market. Well, I hear 40 bottles that were not suppose to be sold in Paris but, were sold out. It is likely doing well in the Orient and Mitsouko Fleur de Lotus is not sold in Europe and the Americas and, LVMH wonders why sales in general are not as good as they could be? What a concept.

I've not tried Blue Mitsouko . I think it was geared towards the asian market because Mitsouko is No.1 in Japan .

I'm almost certain I've seen it on the counters in Saks and Bergdorf. I tried it in Paris and thought it was quite lovely. Mitsouko with something a little watery going on.

I tried a sample last year some time--I actually prefer the opening notes in FdL more than in the original EDP. However, I do miss the Mitsouko drydown (my favorite part of the fragrance) as FdL is a much lighter, clean musk which is not terribly complex.

I need to seek this one out to try. I love "watery" florals!
