Default EAU DU TSAR: Any similarities to original TSAR?

I'm curious about this scent, but there are not many reviews about it. I'm a fan of Tsar, mainly because I love its green woodiness, but the idea of a fresher version of Tsar intrigues me. However the "Eau de.." title makes me wonder if this is an aquatic or sports frag.

I'm hoping this is a good flanker - in the same way Kouros Fraicheur was a great flanker to Kouros.

Any of you guys try this frag? Any similarities at all to Tsar?

Just one time i sniffed it, and i thought it's close to Davidoff Zino. I didn't attend to it.

I've just sprayed them on each hand. They're both fresh, but Eau du Tsar doesn't really smell much like Tsar to me. It's less masculine, and kind of sharp non-sweet fruity like.

And it lasts longer and is more potent than Tsar.

It's quite good if you want something a bit different on a summer's day.

Shamu1....I had that bottle like 10 years ago and was pretty nice, fresh, relaxing, classy.

Yes, in my view is an sport version of the regular Tsar. For me Tsar is stronger. Eau du Tsar is much more versatile and wearable than his father.

Absolutly recommend it, specially in hot days.

I've only tried Zino once, and that was three and a half years ago. It didn't remind me of Eau du Tsar.
