I know there are tons of threads about the Perfumeshoppe.com on basenotes, but I could not find specific to my issue.
I ordered from the perfumeshoppe.com last night. When I sent the transaction, there was not page displaying that my order had gone though, which I thought odd. I then checked my email to see if a receipt was sent, but all I got was a message stating "Your Order has been proceeded successfully." There were no details of what I ordered, or the payment I made in the message.
Also, I thought it odd the email came from a server address. I have emailed the Perfume Shoppe about my concern, but from reading these forums, I understand email response time is very slow.
Has anyone else had this experience?
