I don't wish I were Carla Bruni but I do admire her sense of style.

I like Ines de la Fressange, whose style is the epitome of Parisian, classic-yet-easy elegance. I'd wear anything I've ever seen her wear. She is impeccable and never in bad taste. She has a naturalness about her that further makes her look great in anything.

Envy is saying a bit much, but there are celebrities whose style I like and admire:

-Cate Blanchett is always elegant and takes risks with her style, unlike many others.
-Tilda Swinton is completely fearless, her style is entirely her own.
-Dita von Teese is always immaculate. I love the period she aims for, her flamboyance and the juxtaposition between prim and bold.

    Can men play here...

I like Clooney's style. He always looks like a movie star for sure.

Two thumbs way up for Ditta von Teese. YOW!

Brad Pitt. I actually like the way he dresses for the most part.

Most of the time I am very proud of the Basenotes community. Time after time I have witnessed the thoughtfulness, empathy & genuine friendship that members of this community extend to others - oldtimers & newcomers alike. There are other times, however, when egos get the upper hand and civility goes out the window. My philosophy is that I won't say anything here that I would not say if you were standing in front of me. Welcome to Basenotes, each and every one of us. ~ TwoRoads

I agree with StylinLA- George Clooney. If the question can include past celebrities then I would add Sinatra.

    LOL, Ken!

Wow, poor Sebastian, may he rest in peace...

I like the style of David Beckham: beautifully tailored suits, beautiful wife, and knockout body underneath it all! (Reminds me of a long-dead French count, to me.)

I agree with Clooney, Pitt & Beckham. Sharp dressers who know what work best for them (or at least have stylists who do). But I hate Pitt's straggly beard & homeless hobo get-up he gets into sometimes.

Also like Andre from Outkast for his flamboyant style with a retro-classic twist. He owns a fashion line 'Benjamin Bixby' btw. Note: I hate the frilly tux below ( m too lazy to crop it out from the pic)

She was in Chanel 2011SS show once again after two decades and will be the face of Chanel new coming campaign as well.
