Default The Ten Party

Anyone have experience/opinions about The Ten Party by Profumeria Gambarini? (Makers of The Party in Manhattan) Can't find any threads/reviews about it. I loved The Party in Manhattan and am curious about this one. I'd appreciate any info/impressions about The Ten.

    Perfume Posse did a review:

I see Luckyscent has it, marked down. Their description is here but not one posted reviews yet:

Well, I was so excited about it, I almost oculdn't stand awaiting my sample.

Ultimately, it's very good, but not very original. It's very similar (IMO) to Nicolai's New York, which is deeper and cheaper.

    It also recalls Cappucci PH, the original. It's a good-quality, classic-smelling, leathery-citric chypre-fougere thing.

For a man, I'd veer toward the women's Party In Manhattan, which is not at all feminine.

That's exactly the info I was looking for, Hillaire. Thanks! Having a sample sent out. I'll have to compare it to my sample of New York.

Thanks, 30 Roses. The perfume posse review was very helpful.
