lol. didnt BUY anything today, but my cousin, who apparently loves me very much, gave me 2 fragrances today

i LOVE l'homme! obvioulsy very similar to my number one in my wardrobe la nuit de l'homme, and gucci by gucci is a pretty good fragrance . i actually quite enjoy it. i think its a good classy fragrance, and tho basenoters dont think its that nice, its a fragrance that nonbasenoters enjoy

Simply, because they smell good on men too. Many of the scents marketed to females if re-bottled into masculine bottles would smell masculine, or at least unisex. See, once you get into appreciating scents you'll come to understand that those marketing schemes are banal and baseless.

Thanks for asking jonny... I cant add much more to Killer_Vavoom's comments, but after exploring the art of perfumery for a number of years, most men and women come to understand there is no such thing as "mens perfume" and "womens perfume"... only nuances of perfume.
My own personal epiphany came about a couple of years ago,... you can read about my first foray into womens perfume here:

Blind buy of 50ml Azzaro pour homme for 15$ from TJ Max; couldn't pass up the cheap price!

Just got a 'vintage' 100ml YSL M7 in the mail and also have a 100ml Bvlgari Black set to be delivered tomorrow along with a small Green Irish Tweed decant.. going to be my first Creed test!

Got a really old EDP YSL Paris bottle from my mom also she had stored away.. wont wear it as its very femme but love it for reference.

Because you have such a small supply of No. 19 - right tott? ((wink))

Seriously, it's adorable. And I love those solid metal atomizers from yesteryear - the juice inside is always as fresh as new since there's no light degradation.

I look forward to hearing your opinions about the vintage vs. new juice D. The vintage bottles look absolutely pristine.

Thanks. It smells great! And I didn't actually have a steel container, so this is not just another backup...

I sprayed this on myself at Belk and I was absolutely disgusted. I had never smelled something worse than this before. It smelled like a fart to me. I see nothing admirable in this frag. I'll try it again sometime, but I don't except much...
