Default Question About Richard James Saville Row

Can you give me a picture of the difference "Richard James" and the cologne?

I have what's labeled as "Saville Row" and I like it a lot, but am confused between this one and the Richard James "cologne."

Do the EDT and the cologne smell the same, differing only in alcohol content?

I adore the Richard James EDT.

These are two different scents all together Primrose.

Its very confusing, so theres no wonder people are perplexed...

"Richard James" (2003) is the name of the EDT and Saville Row is obviously the street where Richard James is established. "Saville Row" in this instance is not actually the name of the scent, though most refer to it as such.

"Richard James Cologne" (2006) is a different scent. It was the first release from what became a collection of 4 Cologne sprays pictured below.

    • The 2006 "Cologne" is seen at top left.
    • In 2007, the additional 3 colognes pictured below were added to the collection: Lavender, Vetiver, and Pink Pepper & Cardamom.

Savile has one "L" (don't mind me, it's always been a pet peeve )
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and sorry I could not travel both and be one traveler, long I stood and looked down one as far as I could to where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair, ...... I shall be telling this with a sigh somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -- I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. - Robert Frost

Oh I remember when the EdT Saville Row came out we loved it so much on this board. I still wear it from time to time. Lovely tuberose scent for men. A gourmandy hint gives it a nice rounding. I think, even females can wear it. Very classy.

I would think they would offer bespoke scents to match their suits! A personalised perfume service!

Thank you for the news, Grant!
