Hermès - Un Jardin Sur Le Nil
Yep, im still looking, I've come to the conclusion that i do not want another Orange scent, already have one. I need either a lemon scent, a grapefruit scent, a mango scent, something tropical, something refreshing. Help!
Hermès - Un Jardin Sur Le Nil
Acqua di Giò is my guilty pleasure. What's yours?
Acqua di Parma Colonia would be my first recommendation.
Have you tried Guerlain Cologne Du Parfumeur? I was sent a sample of this and found it very lemony and refreshing. Comes in big bottles only, so you know you'll need to reapply....
Bond No. 9 Riverside Drive is pretty good. A woodsy pineapple smell.
Lemon - Profumum Acqua Viva
Grapefruit- Fresh Hesperides( Not very niche I guess but I was addicted to this one- fab ,fresh mouth watering grapfruit - it's good ! )
For sale. Carnal Flower and Vero Profumo Onda.
I believe Frapin has a very nice citrus fragrance. I can't find it in the directory sadly, but it won the best niche fragrance award in 2009 or something? at least that's what I've been told. Generally anything Frapin makes is pretty darn good.
And then you got all the various Colonia's out there. Try Aqua di Parma, of course, and the various ones by Hermes. Those seem to be the "citrus" niche houses. And then there's Bigarade Concentree by FM, which I dearly love, but will never pay the price for something that lasts that short.
Tropical = MPG Bahiana or Creed Vigin Island Water
Creed Selection Verte (sweet/tart lemon, mint, floral)
Bombay Sapphire Infusion (lemon, juniper, almond)
Creed Scent of Oger (tart lemon/spice/resin/wood)
Trumper GFT - (sour lemon, masculine herbs)
Profvmvm Aqua Viva - (lemon, dry/dusty woods)
Miller Harris Citron Citron (tart lemon, other tart citruses)
Sisley Eau De Campagne - (soft lemon, grass, green leaf, flowers)
Acqua Di Parma Colonia (tart/sour lemon, lavender, rose)
Maitre Fruits De Calabre (tart/sweet/strong lemon, orange, smooth woods)
C&S Citrus Paradisi (grapefruit, ambergris)
Creed Zeste Mandarine Pampelmousse (grapefruit/white flowers)
Fresh Hesperides (very good sweet pink grapefruit)
Hermes Pampelmousse Rose (red grapefruit)
Creed Millesime Imperial (lemon, bergamot, mandarin, watermelon, palm sap)
Hermes Concentre D'Orange verte (bitter orange, mango, papaya)(i know i know it's orange)
Creed Virgin Island Water (lime, mandarin, coconut, rum)
Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Nil (tart citrus, mango, unisex musk)
Mimi's mentioning the Fresh line reminded me of my husband's favorite citrus: Fresh Citron de Vigne.
Eau D'Hadrien, Annick Goutal. Really lovely.
Or perhaps one of Nicolai colognes: Sologne is particuarly nice, but Cedrat has got a more pronounced citrus note.
À l'air libre les oiseaux ont eux aussi le vertige (camille)
Creed Silver Mountain Water
Lemon: There's also Limone di Sicilia by i Profumi di Firenze, Mediterraneo by Carthusia, Aqua di Colonia by Lorenzo Villoresi, or if you like a spicy citrus there is Les Nuits d'Hadrien by Annick Goutal (get the EDP far better than the EDT), Uomo by Lorenzo Villoresi, Grand Siecle No.7 by Parfumerie Generale. There's far too many I can think of to list.
Grapefruit: Energiser by Boadicea the Victorious, or the best Grapefruit I've come across to date is from the Italian perfumey Antimateria and is called Caramella che Pizzica
Tropical: Creed Virgin Island Water, or far better in my opinion is Hesperides by Italian perfumery Essenze di Mezzanotte
Citrus is my favorite genre, so to all the excellent suggestions thus far (AdP Colonia, Carthusia Mediterraneo, and Nuits d'Hadrien) I'll add these two that I've recently picked up and am truly enjoying:
Blu Mediterraneo Bergamatto
Parfum d'Empire Iskander
Laura Tonatto Iss (many thanks to KMF)
I'm especially digging Iss. To me, it keeps that great Colonia opening going throughout it's entire stay.
EDIT You would have a PM if your mail box was not full lmao Would you please PM me when you have cleared it and I will gladly send you more info. Thank you

Riverside Drive by Bond No.9 and Acqua di Parma Colonia are wonderful.....Gary
For a really smooth lemon, I recommend: L'eau Serge Lutens. Good stuff.
Kerosene fragrance samples and bottles here: www.min.com
Just one comment on Annick Goutal Eau d'Hadrien: It was a fantastic scent but has been significantly altered as a result of IFRA restrictions on limonene, citronellal and oakmoss, on which this fragrance depended. Tania Sanchez comments on this in the Spring 2009 newsletter of Perfumes: The Guide, page 9, for those who happen to have this newsletter.
After reading that, I decided to get a sample of the new version of Eau d'Hadrien. It is a far cry from what it was, unfortunately. Now, some may like the new version anyway, but not me. It lost its edge.
I've worn the following alot without ever getting bored at all:
Villoresi's Acqua di Colonia
Santa Maria Novella's Colonia
Santa Maria Novella's Acqua di Sicilia
A very long lasting citrus lemon (with Rose) is Warrior by Boadicea the Victorious. Explorer, from the same house is a dark, resinous 'industrial revolution' type citrus if you like that kind of thing.
Boum Pour Homme
I know you said no orange, but Heeley's Oranges & Lemons is a beauty
Annick Goutal's Eau du Sud is a grapefruity citrussy scent. I rarely see it mentioned.
original boucheron longest lasting lemon i can find
Gant Silver got a Lime note......
Merlin is my Hero.....
If you're looking at Annick Goutal give Madragore a shot.
I's a bit of a weird one but I find it a great alternative to straight ahead citrus in summer. The good news is that if you like it there is also an EDP and Madragore Pourpre, a bit denser and more evening-ish.
