This choice between the two is easy; get both. I could not vote because I think both are good fragrances.

On myself, I like them both. One time I sat next to someone on the train wearing BB, and it seemed heavy and oppressive. So, even though I like BB, I am worried about the impression on other people. On the other hand, Fahrenheit on other people works a lot better for me--maybe it's the violets and cedar shavings or whatever.

They're both pretty good. But, I think Fahrenheit deserves the nod simply because it is so unique and unmistakable. I haven't really given Black a good try yet, but I do think that the rubber note is a bit overemphasized.

Just can't get past the top notes of Fahrenheit yet...it's like pure gasoline to my nose.

Both are really good frags. Hard to choose. Love them both. If I had to choose, it would be Fahrenheit.

gotta go with Fahrenheit...Black is nice too, but I like the individuality of Fahrenheit...although I agree with the "gasoline" comments...

Both are great fragrances but Black is definitely more unique. I don't get the "rubber" accord with black but more of a leather/vanilla blend, with the vanilla dominating in the drydown. Girls seem to love it, so it will stay in my arsenal....

It so happened that my SoTD was Bulgari Black. And I was left impressed at its wearability - very smooth & not a little suave. I also noticed more women seem to check me out today as I walked by - more than usual, lol. I do enjoy Fahrenheit but the new formulation has no staying power on my skin and its muted 'gasoline' opening makes me miss the pre-formulated version. For this reason alone, I'll give the edge to Bulgari Black - a class act.

Why do we have so many "vs" polls for scents that have nothing in common at all? Compare apples to apples, not apples to fish.

Strange thread this one, as these 2 scents don't share any similarity with each other, it's like north and south , therefore difficult to say which one is the winner.

between vintage fahrenheit and black this would be hard, but since fahrenheit isn't what it used to be the answer is easy:

    BLACK.

I chose Bvlgari Black out of these two, but if Fahrenheit 32 were a choice, I would choose it over either original Fahrenheit or Black. I also think F32 makes a better comparison to Bvlgari Black than original Fahrenheit (which seems like a polar opposite)
