I recently received a bottle from LuckyScent that I'm not completely satisfied with. It doesn't list anywhere on their website about a return policy. Anyone ever have to do this with LuckyScent?
Basically if it's unopened you're golden. If you have used it, your out of luck. Unless of course it's spoiled or something. Then they evaluate it case by case, which is a good thing as you know the integrity of what they're selling.
