    Default Blind Buys - Advice

I am thinking of blind buying these three fragrances in the next month or so:

    Tobacco Vanille
    Eau d'Épices
    The One Gentleman
    Pure Malt

Fragrances that I like (I am all over the map here):

    Vintage - JV
    Burberry Sport
    Burberry Brit
    Tom Ford Extreme
    Terre de Hermes
Jo Malone - Pom Noir, Lime & Cedar mixed with Grapefruit
    Bond #9 - New Haarlem
    Pasha Fresh Menthe

So the question is, since most of the ones I mention above are fairly expensive, which do you think I am most likley to enjoy. I am leaning to Eau d'Épices but if you think I am missing something please let me know that as well.

First of all, blind buying niche is about as risky as it gets. Not only cost-wise, but niche frags often are
not as user friendly as designer. I was fortunate to get a small sample of Tobacco Vanille. I thought is was pretty good. Also, for vetiver fans, I think Terre d' Hermes is almost a must buy.

    +1!
This being said, it's all up to you. I like TV best of the lot and since you like New Haarlem this gourmand might fit your style.
I wouldnt (blind) buy the others.

Buy Pure Malt or Tobacco Vanille, they are both very popular, so if you don't like them you can easily re-sell them in the sales forum.

Eau d'epices is a spicy scent with soapy-powdery tones, you might like it since you like burberry brit but as previously said, you better go sampling stuff before buying.

do you care about longevity and projection? or are you perfectly fine with wearing a frag for 3-4 hours before it goes away?
