Default Have Any of You Tried the Reformulated Dior Homme Sport Yet?

How does it compare to the original?

I bought a backup of the original because I like it so much, but I'm wondering how the new stuff is.

    Anybody?

I did. It now has an Iris opening (establishing a relation with DH and DHI) that lasts the whole life of the scent and the citruses' notes are way more softer (what balances the scent well IMO).

Overall I liked it and I'm considering to not stock up with the original because I really liked that reformulation.

Might have to try the new one if I see it in a shop.

Do the new bottles look different? Might be a pain to find the version you want online with people using stock photos.

The bottles are the same (I think) but the juice is orange.

I'm happy with the original, but should I need to replace it, I won't think twice and will buy what's out there now.

I prefer it over the original because the opening of the original was a little bit too sharp for my nose.

The reformulated is softer but the sillage is better on the original no doubt. The iris is nice and complements DH but since I already have enough vintage DH to last for a while, I don't think I'll be picking the sport. The bottle does look sick though some people will associate chrome and red as tacky.

Scent-wise, I prefer the refomulated but performance-wise, the vintage is better.

And break a cardinal rule? Can't wear anything that has sport in the title.

Iris + citrus? Does it smell anything like Dior Homme Cologne?

It is closer to DHC in first notes, but still not very similar

While stylish and elegant, the new one smells softer, not as sharp as the original. I prefer the old one, bought two 50ml bottles of it this month.

Just picked up a few of the free 1ml testers from stores of the new DHS today. Haven't given it a proper wearing yet, but from a quick spray on my arm, I think I prefer the new reformulation.

The original had too much ginger for my taste. The Iris appears to be quite subtle in the background (no make-up vibe, lol). I wonder if it's the iris which makes the scent less sharp than the original?

I prefer the old version as I'm not a big fan of the original DH.

Prefer the original. Do not care for the new.

Prefer the vintage. Its my SOTD and there are no issues with longevity and sillage. Its a nice change - quite a refreshing ginger note.

I greatly prefer the new version. The only sport fragrance I wouldn't hesitate to wear.

Was there an iris note in the original?

What is the balance between the ginger and iris like in the reformulation? The original's ginger is really strong, so I am curious whether a strong ginger and a noticeable iris would work.
