Question Home Made Berger Lamp oil?

Has anyone made their own home made oil for Berger lamps? I understand that 91% Isopropyl alcohol and about twent drops of essentail fragrance oil will make about 500 ml. of lamp oil. Is this true?, and if so details would be appreciated. Is this process safe?
