Your nostrils, which will dilate immesurably in unspeakable contentment, in motionless ecstasy, will ask nothing better for space, for they will be full of fragrance, as if perfumes and incense; for they will be glutted with complete happiness, like angels who dwell in the peace and magnificence of pleasent heaven.

This is coming over sweet rather than dry on me. There is a bit of fruity sweetness at the opening (which I don't much like, as I don't like fruity sweetness in general), but it passes quickly. Unfortunately, in the middle I don't seem to get the florals, but instead more sweetness (ambery this time). Waiting for the dry herbs and spices.

Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."

BTW, I hate vetiver. Just thought I'd toss that in there. It's a recent discovery. I have systematically traded all my vetiver scents away, and it dawned on me. Oh, well...
