Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."
Clarice Lispector ( 1920-1977) - Perfumes da Terra / Earth Perfumes

Petty small minded people have no place in my life.
Good morning. Habanita warms on this peculiarly nasty, cold and rainy Monday.
Hello everyone!
I am enjoying the late Autumn sunshine and wearing ROMA
by Laura Biagiotti.
A woman without perfume is like a flower without a scent.
I've spent the last seven days in L'Air du Desert Marocain. Fabulous stuff, but I'm ready to change it up again!
Penhaligon's Endymion
top notes: mandarin orange, bergamot, cardamom, nutmeg, pepper
middle notes: amber, lavender, sage, vetiver
base notes: leather, musk, myrrh
This is one I haven't worn in years. No good reason, either, it's delightful: lively spices and aromatics flow into a nice warm mellow drydown. What's not to love?
Wish you all a good start to your week!

Hello all. L'Artisan Poivre Piquent.
DONNA
I hit the button for "random scent" and guess what came up? Chanel's Coromandel, one of my favorites. So that is what I am in today.
Krazy Krizia for me today, still cold and there is snow on the ground. We are expecting more of the white stuff this week.
Sunnyfunny, this is one good Christmas card picture, thanks for sharing it with us.
Cut a left index finger at work, typing feels funny now.
Hmmm...what to wear to a baseline bone density scan? (Oh, the joys of aging!)
I think I'll go wearing Limón, my cool-weather citrus.
Hello everyone!
Different state, same routine...except today I awoke to the savory smells of biscuits and boudin!![]()
I'm wearing Jean Patou's Sira des Indes, which always seems to go very nicely with breakfast.
Y'all have a wonderful day!
Science is not only compatible with spirituality, it is a profound source of spirituality. When we recognize our place in an immensity of light-years and in the passage of ages, when we grasp the intricacy, beauty, and subtlety of life, then that soaring feeling, that sense of elation and humility combined, is surely spiritual. ..Carl Sagan
Good morning all
30Roses, age has not much to do with the bones. I have been having bone density tests done for years, due to the family history of early onset osteoporosis (and I have to take Fosamax also) so do not feel aged love. Best of luck with the baseline test. You will dazzle with your scent.
Still smelling deliciously of last night's SotE Djedi, talk about tenacity, so I will keep it going. As it fades down I will then put on some Parure, which is just as glorious.
Enjoy the day

I'm trying not to get in a dither, but have been going round and round with my local internet supplier and my charge card company over auto payments. Each insists the other is in error. It's positively maddening. I can't lose my internet connection, or my business will be crushed. Argh! And apparently this has nothing to do with the fraud committed against my card a couple weeks ago. Maddening, maddening, I tell you.
Need peace. [Reaches for Guerlain With Love.] Ahhhh. Better now.

In yet another Noa flanker: Noa Dream. A blind buy motivated by love for the original Noa and cheapness (£17 for 100ml).
As far as I can smell anything at all, it just seems like another inoffensive office scent ... nothing to detain anyone here ... move along please ....
