    Default Thanksgiving Server

    Hello all

While all you US Bner's are tucking into Turkey and Pumpkin, and doing all that Thanksgiving stuff that I've seen in films, we're going to be getting a swanky new dedicated server.

As a result, there may be some down-time. But it's not like, you're not used to that by now

Ooooo, Basenotes "swanky" -- leather seating, crystal chandeliers, heated moist towellettes.

I hope the new server brings you much peace, Grant.

    So do I!!!!!

On an unrelated note, I think i've fixed the review problems which are causing some people to get redirected to the SOTD page, but I need to do a bit of tidying up, and I'm about to head to London to cover Scratch + Sniff, so I'll finish that tonight, depending on how much wine I don't drink!

    Definitely!

I was worried. "Thanksgiving Server" could easily mean cobbled together with multiple redundancies, cringeable misfires, awkward timing problems, mind-numbing incompatibilities, wildly mismatched standards, and all the other things that make extended family get-togethers so.... in-ter-rest-ing.

Seriously, this is great news! And Turkey Day is definitely a good time to bring down the iron. We Yanks should all be listening to Grandma Mabel's tales of churning butter, and not sneaking perfumanic posts on our iPhones under the tablecloth.

    Fantastic Grant!

What colour is it? Servers intrigue me - deep repositories of knowledge and stuff that they are . . . .

I don't like this new, fast-acting server. Can we go back to the old one that crashed all the time? It felt comfortable.
