    Default Paco Rabanne 1 Million

I sampled this yesterday. There should be a warning on this that it may cause cavities!

I sampled it for the first time properly on the weekend. I didn't want to love it, but I did! Great longevity and silage and complements all around. I will buy this in a few years when the popularity wears off a bit.

I think even they would be offended by this horrific stuff.

It does smell cheap. It does smell tacky. However, it stills smells good, lasts a long time, and grabs loads of positive attention. It's my weapon of choice on weekend nights.

The best part of this fragrance is is modern dandy in the advertisement: the liquor, the gambling, the women, the wheels, the cash, the media, the clothes.

It belongs on the shelf along with all the other Paco Rabanne's

Absolutely horrendous scent that doesn't know what it is and contradicts rather than complements itself from spray to dry-down. The scent of gypsy pimps everywhere.

As much as I tried to like 1 Million, it's just waaay too powdery on my skin. Gives me a huge headache.

I agree with those that feel this fragrance is an abomination and disappointment for us who have awaited something new and decent from that house.

Its sickening sweet in the beginning but its okay after it dries down a bit. 1 Spray max lol.

Sampled this today, absolutely did not like it at all personally.

I don't seem to detect any sweet smell from it, just this really strong and heavy old leather(?) note which dominates the entire time and is giving me a moderate headache every time I put my nose to my wrist. Washed my wrist and hand too and I can still smell it.

As much as we would all like to see this one's popularity die down a bit, i dont think it will unfortunately. It's like AdG in the 90's. Great smelling frags wont ever go out of style as long as they are heavily marketed. Although i havent seen any t.v. advertising for this one, its popularity in europe caused the migration to the U.S. Now, if they do market it heavily like AdG and Cool Water, then you can bet it will be worn by at least half a dozen guys at every night club and lounge that you will go to. IMHO. It is a great scent, and i do hope that it isnt advertised, because the vast majority of guys dont look at basenotes and other underground fragrances communities where frags like this are very popular. So im keeping my fingers crossed as well.

It reminds me a bit of play-doh and vanilla, also reminds of one of the Hermessences, either Ambre Narguile or Vanille Galante. I don't smell any or specified notes.

    (1) It doesn't last on me
    (2) I've really grown to dislike the way it smells
    (3) +1 Blue sugar is sweeter, but I literally felt like I was getting diabetes from smelling that. Horrendous.

It has not improved on my hand (outside, so I can wash it off) I'm glad I got a sample spray with a batch from ebay. Now I know. I will pass on it. For sweetness, I like "Brown Sugar" and even "Sugar Lychee" from fresh or "Ambre Narguile" from Hermes.

I definitely can't wear this outside of a bar or club setting if I want to be taken seriously, but it smells good and is a compliment getter. I like it.

A charming advertisement. I had not seen it.

I wonder, however, whether the idea behind the fragrance is not outdated. One million - presumably won in obscure games of chance involving snapping one's fingers - is a paltry sum these days. Indeed, I seem to recollect Monty Burns being mocked by other billionaires when he fell from their state into the proletariat pale of mere multiple millions. 'One Billion' would have been a more logical title to suggest what their campaign seems to have in mind.

for those who owns the big bottle, on the actual push down spray lid does it suppose to say dollar right below the million logo?? from what I seen it just has the 1 million logo no dollar on the bottom of it.
    Thank you, deadidol

I really like this stuff actually. It never really gets that sweet on me. I get more of the spices and blood orange and grapefruit mixed with some sweetness. Really nice actually.

    Lol, "One Billion".

The silly Lady Million ad is fun as well:

Really cute model , she is the great-granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway btw.

As for the actual fragrance, never tried it and have no idea how it smells.

It smells like a bubble gum from one of those 5 cent machines when I was a kid. To be honest, I like it a lot, but I probably don't have the matching personality for it.
