I have to agree, nothing special here.
After 15 terrific minutes of lime, neroli, lemon, and what seemed like a dozen other citric accords, the frag almost *instantly* transformed into what seemed to be an...aquatic. And not some rare, mystical niche aquatic, but the most bland and lifeless aquatic I've ever smelled.
My notes on the first 15 minutes of testing are simply glowing, and by the end I'd drawn comparisons to an eBay fabricated version of Bvlgari Aqva.
Ugh/10
Looking for Hermessence Ambre Narguile and for TFPB Moss Breches (50ml bottle), willing to pay in cashdollars. PM me!

Sad. I was really looking forward to trying this one. I'll probably still sample, but your initial report is not too promising. Thanks for the research.
Thus it is with anything citrus -- far too fleeting.
"You just keep me hangin' on." -- Farewell, Lou.
I wasn't impressed with it either.
Based on the opening notes, I was expecting great things but finally, just disappointment.

Agree. There is obviously an inverse relation between perfume quality and the words azure, blue, sport, fresh, water, ocean, etc etc Very few exceptions.
I feel that the genre (fresh sporty) is doomed to produce duds, no matter what. Azure Lime is an attempt at bridging Creeds' fresh style with the best-sellers downmarket sporty stuff, and, as the Creeds, has the additional flaw of costing a small fortune to deliver only marginally better results than the standard stuff. Pointless in a supposedly upscale line.

I bought AL recently and i found it to be quite long-lasting and didn't get any aquatic vibe. Yes, the sharp lime intro fades after a while, but at the same time the woody musk takes over. AL does require generous application though. And would be better in warm weather than cold.
ointments and perfume delight the heart....
#BBOG!
I can't agree with this at all really. I don't get any aquatic from it. I get beautiful citrus lemon/lime opening and as it fades down it becomes a bright white musk. Lovely stuff, just not very big on sillage or longevity. The smell to me is absolutely beautiful though.
This was my first try at TF(thanks Al) it was a scrubber for me. I havent been near TF since.

I've just been on Trip Advisor. There was no information on a cut knee.

Azure Lime a scrubber? Oh come on. I can understand people not being blown away by it or particularly like it, but a scrubber it isn't.
To me, the opening seemed very muted. Im not a nose so my description might be off. Too many accords at opening seemed to cancel each other out. Leaving a muted lime lite scent. Your right, perhaps scrubber is overly harsh. Thankfully, this was a production sample.
Cheers Rex

I dont get the aquatic vibe at all. Blown away by citrus and then turns into a strong mens cologne (can't figure out the accord).
I have learned to apply it the right way without over/under applying. It has grown on me since I first purchased it.
I like it for what it is...great fresh lime...nice musk drydown!

I'm mixed on this. I bought a bottle from a fellow BN'er - love the opening, it gets close to perfume-y, then dries down lovely.
But... it hit me. This smells so much like Miracle L'Aquatonic by Lancome though. I mean, totally like it to me (at least on my skin).

The first 5 minutes are a fantastic Lime and then it morphs into a woodsy scent. I think calling it a lime is wrong, because it really is a wood scent.

I think it's the worst of the black tom ford private line.
There is a lot of good stuff in the rest.
