Exclamation Tabac Aurea by Sonoma Scent Studio.

While I enjoy Tobacco Vanille, I must suggest that Tabac Aurea, which comes in extrait strength, has won my heart, in terms of tobacco scents. Amazingly affordable and just absolutely gorgeous is this scent. Longevity of the perfume is extraordinary, so go lightly with application. The proof of the fragrance is in the wearing, so get a sample of this soon. Tabac Aurea earns four Tesla stars and my admiration for the talented niche perfumer, Laurie Erickson, who puts art and quality into fragrance.

BTW, I am wearing Tabac Aurea as I put word to page. (sniffs back of hand) Good stuff! It is easy to get excited about this fragrance.

It is an excellent fragrance - it's true the concentration is closer to a parfum extrait. That's a big thumbs up. If I could only choose one from Sonoma Scent Studio (an impossible task btw), Tabac Aurea would probably be it. To join Xerjoff Oroville, and my latest addition - Tabac from La vie del Profumo.

I'm planning on ordering a bottle soon. Anybody else?

Just got samples of SSS line and tried Tabac Aurea first, as I've been looking for an alternative to Tobacco Vanille. It is gorgeous. Hello, full bottle!

I have the 17ml bottle, and I have to say, a little goes a long way. I put on one spray and gassed out my mom and brother in the car. It's one of the only fragrances that really project and last on my skin with minimal spraying.

It's terrific in cold weather - so sweet, warm and comforting, giving you a delicious dark golden aura.

In a way, I find it the fall counterpart to MFK APOM pour Homme. APOM is a golden springtime radiance of sunshine; Tabac Aurea is a deep autumnal glow from a still-warm ember.
