Hello, I am planning on purchasing my first flacon from Creed. I am hoping to get some recommendations on where to purchase and an atomizer at a decent price. Originally I was going to go all out and purchase a Creed atomizer but after doing the math and seeing that this brings my price up to $535 it seems I would not be saving much by purchasing said Flacon. Where have you purchased Atomizers for Flacons? Thanks for your help!
Lotioncrafter has a nice frosted glass 50ml atomizer. http://www.lotioncrafter.com/frosted...me-bottle.html
I find, though, that the outer cap tends to slide off the inner plastic cap sometimes.
If you would like something more elegant but still much cheaper than Creed's, there is Atomizer King. There is one section specifically for men with some handsome looking bottles..
I bought my black Creed leather atomizer from parfumsraffy.com. It was expencive, but it is so classy and elegant, that it`s now on the place of honor on the shelf! (besides, it`s filled with Aventus)
+1 bestbottles.com for low cost glass atomizers. They have a minimum order though.
+1 for Creed black leather atomizer for Aventus. Although the newer Creed atomizers are pricey, they are very well made and deliver a finer lower volume mist than the atomizers on their bottles.
accessoriesforfragrances.com +1 - great service. Worth considering if you're only after one basic atomizer.
Well I took a lot of peoples recommendation and bought 50 atomizers plus a few other things from here:
The order was shipped on the 23rd of January, and I still have not gotten the package. Its been 16 days already, I have not experienced this length of time waiting for a package. I emailed them a few times, no response. I'm really disappointed with my experience so far. Has anyone experienced something like this. What should I do? Should I call my cc company and put a hold on the order especially since there not replying to my emails? Do they have a phone number? Thanks
Just to say, when things have to cross the US / Canada border, it always seems to take an inexcusably long time.
I ordered something from Canada that was broken in shipment, and rather than sending it on to me, they shipped it back to the sender instead. It took forever for the sender to receive it back, and in the mean time the two if us were left in the dark as far as what might have happened.
Not that this is any consolation, as I believe most people would rightfully have the same concerns as you do.
But the thing is, I understand it may take some time, but what annoys me the most is that my emails are not answered at all. As of right now there customer service is horrible.
Well you know how it goes : Many places seem to have a rule about not admitting that they don't know what the heck is going on.
Not a particularly encouraging stance for the customer though. I always feel better when I believe I'm hearing the truth, even if it's not what I want to hear.
I imagine the delay in the arrival of your package is due to Customs. Still I'm surprised they have not replied to your email. I have always found them to be reliable shippers-- and quick, too. I always get a DC number emailed to me the same day I pay-- but maybe they have a different system for international packages, since delivery confirmation is not available unless one uses Global Express.
I checked my records from recent purchases to see if there was a phone number anywhere but all they give out is their email and their street address (see the contact us page on their website.)
They are also eBay sellers, username seattle_4. You could try contacting them through eBay messages: here is their feedback page with a link for contacting them:
The OP appears to have a legitimate complaint. The really odd thing is how they can provide this type of (bad) service, yet have a 100% rating after over 9,700 sales.
What a small world. I saw a guy on YouTube recommend this very seller last week. He was doing a video on decanting and this seller is where he gets his supplies.
I placed an order with AFF around the 20th of January. I hadn't received anything by Feb 3, wrote an email, they responded promptly, sent out another package on Feb 4(Saturday), no questions asked, received package on Feb 6. The 1st package did have a tracking number, guess it was somehow lost, tracking shows it up to a point then stops. Excellent customer service in my opinion, will do business again. If it is indeed something on their end, I'm sure that they'll sort you out.
I ordered from them, and had my order within 3 days, and they threw in bunch of freebies. Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
Ok everyone, here is an update, they responded to my email. I spoke to them about the issue and they are resending me the order again. Hopefully this one arrives fast, I really think the other one is lost.
I got some samples of Ambre Narguile (and some other fragrances from Hermes) and I think I should decant them into atomizers because the the vial tops don't have dipsticks. Any suggestions on where to get the atomizers and the best method for decanting? I want to make sure I don't spill anything because these are so expensive.
Let me know, thanks!
bestbottles.com and accessoriesforfragrance.com are examples.
You need small funnels and pipettes for decanting properly; you can purchase them at the places above.
just also want to give a shout out to ProudStyle.com
cheap with free worldwide shipping
what about the uk? can't find anything anywhere apart from muji (and those are not cheap).
Amouage Lyric Man, Jubilation XXV TF Oud Wood, Plum Japonais, Oud Fleur, AVENTUS..
*CRYSTAL FLACON SPLITS*
Amouage Lyric Man, Jubilation XXV, TF Oud Wood, Plum Japonais, Oud Fleur, Dior Leather Oud
ct_taiwan on ebay ships to the UK though and I've never had a problem with his decanting supplies.
Mudassir here on basenotes also sells very good 10ml glass atomizers with metal casings..he ships from the US to the UK at cost price (highly recommend him).
Customs tax (sometimes!) and shipping costs will always make decanting supplies more expensive here in europe, but I try to buy once a year in bulk so it works out cheaper per atomizer overall.
I ended up buying from Mudassir. Thanks for the help everybody!
