I have a bottle of this one (on my swap list). Yes, it's in the Jacomo Rouge range, though a bit fruity (not really sweet) rather than with incense. There is a harsh/rough note in it, which it seems is why it's thought to be unisex or even somewhat masculine. The notes are: "...fresh pineapple leaves and sweet tangerine before a heady rush of cyclamen, orchid, vanilla, patchouli and sandalwood."
I'm guessing the pineapple leaves are the harsh element. Otherwise, it's a nice blend, but I don't find anything special about it. Compare it to Jacomo for Men, for instance, which has a nice coffee note and an interesting use of vetiver.
