Default Miss Dior Cherie EDP 2011 v. Miss Dior Cherie EDP 2005

Hey! I heard that Dior reformulated MDC and the new formulation has been available since march 2011? I'm trying to decide if I should grab the old one or purchase the new one! Does anyone know what the general differences are? I read somewhere that the topnotes have changed but I'm new to this so knowing the new and old notes don't mean anything to me per se! Which one do you prefer? Do let me know and thanks in advance!

I don't know if the regular one has been reformulated.
I've never heard of it before you just mentioned it.
There is a new EdP coming, though. It's suppose to be
a lighter version of the old one, but, still stronger than
    the EdT.

I wish they'd do more completely new frags, instead
of endless Miss Dior Chérie and Addict flankers, with
that said, new Poison flankers are always welcome!

I have had trouble keeping track of bottles lately, and although I knew I had a bottle of MDC, I hadn't seen it in a while. But when searching for another MIA scent, I came across the MDC - 2005 EDP edition, and wore it mid-week last week. My immediate reaction was that I had forgotten how pretty it is. I haven't sampled the reformulated version, but can't imagine that they improved it. I did decide that I needed a back-up bottle, so I located one online and ordered it.

I tried the new Miss Dior Cherie EDP - it is very sweet especially in the top notes- on me anyway.

Aaah, so Aurelyne was already talking about the new launch I mentioned?
I totally misunderstood the question then. Oh well ...

But, the 'old' EdP is still avalible, right?
I thought the new one would get a unique
flacon, so that costumers can tell them apart.

I love it when folks talk about a fragrance I've neglected for a long time, and then I pull it out, spray it on, and fall in love again. I have the EDP, purchased in 2007 or 2009.

So, I just spayed it on and it's great!
