Blanche out of that list, but the allure homme original, or allure sport is your best bet.
summer designer shoot help.
I am done discussing creeds, bond no 9 and heely..I have Erolfa and GIT and thats all i think i need untill I get another 2.5 ounce Millesime Imperial.
I am thinking cheap and affordable summer scents I can travel with..(and LOSE without worrying about price)
WHAT IS THE BEST OUT OF THESE 6 FOR HOT SUMMER WEATHER.
1.Ed Hardy Love And Luck (sort of a M.I. Creed Rip I mainly do not want to mistaken for wearing unforgivable)
2.Versace Eau Fresh. (maybe too sweet)
3.Dolce And Gabbana Light Blue. (maybe too generic)
4.Allure Edition Blanche (light enough for summer?)
5.Issey Miyake (perhaps too floral for me.)
or
6.New West (have not tested in a long time.)
THANKS!!!

How about a unique and affordable summer scent, like Kenzo Power.
Kenzo Power might be too floral, I liked Dior homme a little but the make up bag scent was too much

I liked bleu de Chanel a little but thought it was a little thick for summer heat, same with allure sport sport is just way too much in the heat.

from your list, #4. But Mugler Cologne will always be my #1 affordable summer scent.
New West is by far the best fragrance on your list, and the only one worth purchasing.

From your list, perhaps Love and Luck. However, there would be a lot of others you should check out. What about Chrome Legend? Kenzo's L'Eau par Kenzo and also the indigo edition? Zegna Z?
I'll echo a suggestion and throw in a new one. My designer summer go-to's are ...
Allure Homme Sport
John Varvatos -- Artisan
Allure Edition Blanche by far the best IMO from your list.
Allure Edition Blanche is the best by leaps and bounds.
Light Blue gets a lot of hate in here, but it's so, so good on a hot summer's day. Good longevity and a distinctive smell. So I'm going to stick my neck out and say go for that!
It's not got Tobacco Vanille levels of longevity, but yeah I get at least 6-7 hours from it, especially when sprayed on clothing. I'm pretty ruthless when it comes to fragrances and longevity, but I have no real problems with Light Blue at all. I get lovely little wafts from it hours after using maybe 4-5 sprays.
Unfortunately I don't have a preference of the ones listed...I haven't tried New West or Allure Edition Blanche, I did not care for any of the others. I would highly recommend YSL Live Jazz, however. It is a great fragrance and I was able to snag a 100ml bottle for $35.00.

New West from your list, but where is Live Jazz?!

Blanche of course .. yes light enough for hot summer day...
Versace Eau Fresh will get you the most complements over the 6 you have listed.
- Light Blue mens sucks compared to the womens version
- Blanche is good but it is more of a casual summer scent, creamy lemon, gets a few complements, but I wouldn't wear it as an every day scent like Versace or Issey.
- Issey has been around for awhile, it is super popular so you are bound to smell like someone else in a 5 foot radius. Test out the new Issey Miyake Summer 2011 when it comes out for a different take.
- Ed Hardy some women like it and some think it stinks.
I would go for Versace, everyday scent, gets a ton of complements, not a lot of people own it, not cloying, and it projects nicely. Other good reasonably priced summer scents include Chanel Allure Sport, YSL L'homme, 360 Red, Boss Bottled #6

Of your list, my favourite is Edition Blanche, which is light enough for summer in the UK. So if you live in Seattle, prolly fine... Austin, not so much.
Based on you wardrobe, I would say New West would suit you best.
Other possibilities, again, based on what you have:
Insense Ultramarine
Polo Blue
L'Occitane Verdon
From Your list I would go with Versace Eau Fresh.....Light Blue is good but Gio by Armani is way better to me!!! I also like Polo Blue in the summer by RL.....On my skin Issey is also too floral.....Edition Blanche has zero lasting power on my skin and would be a total waste of money!!! Great topic!!!

Bought new west I hope I made the right choice the price was right!
