Default Question about finding the right fragrance

Hi,I'm new to this forum. i'm happy to be here. I always liked the smells of honey and ginger. Well maybe not together. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a fragrance with those smells in mind. I always new what I liked, but I'm new to all these fragrance families. This forum is varry helpful. Thanks

Armani Code for Women has notes of honey & ginger, along with orange blossom, violet, tonka & amber. lt's a lovely, warm oriental & versatile all year round IMO. I recommend the parfum strength if you can find it; it's deeper & longer-lasting.

I find Miel de Bois pretty horrifying (sorry, it's just me), but 5 O'Clock Au Gingembre is a favorite, and I think it would work on a man or a woman.

I'll second the Serge frags already mentioned - they're worth a try at least.

Roger & Gallet have an Eau Fraiche Parfumée called Gingembre which strikes me as a versatile, light summer pick-me-up.

l just thought of Jo Malone's Dark Amber & Ginger Lily; to my nose the ginger note is very prominent.

Do report back on what you find, Kc Kitty!
