Default After months of searching....finally got a sniff of Salvador Dali Pour Homme

I must say it is interesting....not sure it is something that I would ever wear.....It seems a little too feminine to me...based on the pyramid....I completely miss the top notes and it almost immediately goes to the middle and base notes with jasmin, muguet, amber, vanilla and patchouli featured prominently.....Of course Dali himself was not the most masculine of men....so no surprise that a fragrance bearing his name might have a pronounced feminine side.....

The way you describe the PH, the original women's frag from Dali must be more masculine !

It's the most unusual men's designer frag IMO.

Or at least one of the most unusual.

This scent invokes fear and horror in me, best suited for goth clubs.

We are taliking about this, right?

I don't seem to be able to relate to the OP's description of the main notes of the frag tested. And i do not know too many women who would want to wear this scary juice. The flower notes in SDpH only cut what would have been a very bitter and castoreum-laden scent, but are not the highlights of this frag in any way.
ointments and perfume delight the heart....

SDpH is a great DD (dirty / dark) fragrance but to me it just sounds like a good remix version of Kouros. Am I missing something?
