I smelled this in Paris 3 weeks ago and remember liking it. To me, it smelled of "perfume". Just perfume. There was no single dominant note.
This is what I'd use when I want to simply perfume myself as opposed to say wanting to smell of vetiver or tobacco or ylang ylang.

There are two versions of it, a femenine and a masculine. I did not care much for the femenine version, but I loved the masculine. I have only worn it once about two weeks ago. What I recall was that it reminded me of the original Aramis with a drydown of incense. I need to wear it again and give it a proper review.

Bumping this because I just blind bought it on a whim, but there's not much discussion on it.

To me, it starts out as a very "Italian" EDC with the citrus/herbal topnotes, but quickly transforms with a very dry wood and a little incense...maybe a touch of fig in there to boot. What comes to mind is Aramis' New West, minus the harsh synthetic notes.

So far it seems to have decent projection. Longevity seems to be really good, which I guess is to be expected since it's labelled as an EDP, or "Colonia Maxima."

I'm glad I took a chance on it!
