    Wild Massoia EO smells fruity,coconut, milky.

    I believe most Coconut fragrances are made with Aldehyde C-18, Bicyclononalactone combos

    To me, massoia EO smells like rancid coconut oil, so I'm not sure that's the scent you're going for. You'd be better off with the aldehyde C-18 and bicyclononalactone combo mentioned by Wooznib. Gamma-octalactone would be another good material to use.

    Mine is by Oshadi oils. I've just had another sniff and suppose it does have that rancid note a bit. If it were sweetened up with vanilla, it may lose it. I shall try.

    Yes, I think this may be true. And it seems that most lactones smell of coconut. This is a very easy aroma to make. And the good thing is that these accords are likely to have great longevity due to the constituents used.
