    Default Hermessence Brin de Règlisse

What do you think of this one guys? Is it similar to L`Artisan Mechant Loup and Lolita Lempica Masculine? I own Ambre Narguile, Poivre Samarcande, and Vetiver Tonka, and absolutely love the stuff!
-Are Brin de Règlisse something worth checking out?

It's a straightforward licorice + lavender scent, subdued and not long-lasting. It's nice enough, but it wears off rather fast.

But then Poivre Samarcande is also subdued and not long-lasting (on me, anyway) and if that doesn't trouble you, you may like Brin de Réglisse. Might as well sample it.

I get quite good longevity out of Poivre Samarcande (after 8 sprays), but it stays close to the skin..

There is no other fragrance that smells like Brin de Reglisse. However, it is very fleeting and light and I don't mean like Poivre Samarcande because on me that one lasts. I sprayed 30 sprays of BdR on and it still disappeared in about 45 minutes. Disappeared! Meaning I hold my nose up to my skin where I sprayed it, and there is NO smell.

It's a lovely fragrance but the longevity issues are bordering on ridiculous.

Brin de Reglisse is exactly what it claims: a strand of licorice. I am usually indifferent to licorice, but feel the presentation here is natural and beautiful. The little bit of lavender plays a supporting role. Longevity is null.
