Another good guess..but not the answer.

hint: frag is two words, one word the same as an English word for what the guy seems to be feeling, the other word, non-Engish, describes his food in a general way.

L'Interdit are most definitely two words. You could say Le Interdit - but the French don't use "Le" right before a vowel.
Other examples: Le cheval ( a horse) and l'eau (water, as we all know).
Here endeth the lesson in French.

The first pic is from a Givenchy fashion show.
The red "no, don't, stop" circle gives away the fragrance as l'interdit means forbidden.
The story is that M. Givenchy created the perfume for Audrey Hepburn (as Red observes) in 1957. When he wanted to release the perfume to the public later on, it is said that Audrey told him: ""Mais c'est mon parfum, je vous l'interdis !" ("But it is my perfume, I forbid you!")

Kbe knows that the evening dress is Galliano for Givenchy. So I thought that we are on track by now. But no.
So I posted a pic of Galliano, who indeed worked for Givenchy (starting 1995) before he left for the house of Dior. (By now I really thought everyone had it. But no...)
So up went a pic of M. Hubert de Givenchy himself, and Audrey Hepburn to finalize it.
By now most of you were frustrated and some were angry. (I don't blame you, kbe...)

The new and detroyed L'Interdit is said to be nothing like the original - if any of you have tried the original, please tell!

So: congratulations dear Red, well done! And a big hug to everyone who played this one - I admire your persistence.

Man, all you guys should have been the one to post this puzzle. Those answers really could all fit, huh?

But it wasn't quite the one I was thinking of. It's a fragrance that I do believe has been played before in this game. I'm not sure, though, as I've kind of been out of the game for a while.

I'll check back in tomorrow evening my time, which is about 11 PM GMT.

This is why I don't play this game often, anymore, kbe. 'Cause I just can't stay away.

I like your guesses, but it wasn't what I was thinking of. Shall I give a clue to my odd thought processes? Y'all are probably gonna kill me when I give my answer. The answer has to do with one of the peculiarities of our solar system compared to some of the others that have recently been discovered.

And I am making the presumption that the blue orb in the picture is Earth. I dunno if the artist intended it to be, but in choosing an answer to such a puzzle, I am presuming it is.

Oh, RP, you crack me up! I had to look up "Goldilocks factor" and "Class M." I don't know why I looked up Goldilocks factor, when it makes perfect sense. Not too hot. Not too cold. It's "just right."

But Class M? Here's what Wikipedia said:

Class M is a fictional classification for planets and planetoids in the Star Trek science fiction media franchise.

Their atmospheres are composed of nitrogen and oxygen and have an abundance of liquid water necessary for carbon-based life to exist. Extensive plant and animal life often flourishes; often, a sentient race is also present. Earth is a textbook example of a Class M world; other Class M planets that appear throughout the franchise include Vulcan, Cardassia Prime, Bajor, Betazed, Romulus, Ferenginar, and Qo'noS.[1][2][3]

In fiction, Class M planets are similar to those suggested to be found in the real-world astronomical theory of life supporting planets found within the habitable zone (HZ), sometimes also referred to as the 'Goldilocks' zone. The Earth Similarity Index, a scale used in planetary science, includes within its classification of habitable planets (hClass) a "Class M", where the "M" stands for mesoplanet (not to be confused with Asimov's mesoplanet proposal), i. e., a planet with moderate (as necessary for liquid water) temperatures, more technically speaking: the thermal surface requirements necessary to support complex (multicellular) Earth-like life.
You're kinda on the right track, RP. The answer I am looking for has something to do with an incidental finding in the search for other planets that reside in the "habitable zone." Something that is not unique to our solar system, but is not common either.

Again, that would have been an awesome answer also. But it's not the one I was thinking of when I posted the puzzle. I love seeing everyone's answers!

Lonestar Memories or perhaps Stardust or Sun, Moon and Stars?

Lots of ways to go here but I am leaning toward the 'Star' angle.
