I like it. But I am surprised at all of the dislikes.
everytime I shop for scents i got filled up with its samples along with boss bottled, this heavy marketing makes me suspicious..anyway I can't stand this frag!
I like it. But I am surprised at all of the dislikes.
I like it after 4 hours. The initial blast is very strong but I love it when it tapers off. I wear it cautiously.

I think le male could have been so great along with others like aqua di gio a*men but it seems like everyone has to wear this everywhere . Even kids wear this stuff. Its not that I dislike it its just confuses me that I smell it practacly all the the time. Plus there is a note in the dry down that I think just teases you not sure what it is but its like come on already give me a haapy ending.
Big fan of Eau Duelle lately. Someone once said it smells like old books with a hint of vanilla, and that nails it on the head.
Current Top Five:
1. Creed Green Irish Tweed
2. Tom Ford Neroli Portofino
3. Hermes Concentre d'Orange Verte
4. Bond No. 9 New Haarlem
5. Creed Original Vetiver
i used to have the edt, i just bought the after shave lotion and I like it more than the edt. I can wear it without feeling conspicuous. I would recommend it.
TL Pour Lui is a magnificent vanilla based fragrance.
Definitely YES. It's one of the boldest fragrances I know although there are lots and lots of imitations.
I don't like it at all. My favorite vanilla based scent is Baldessarini Strictly Private.
"Le parfum est la musique du corps" (Marcel Rochas)
Favorite vanilla, maybe Felanilla.
I like it. It is hyped way too much though.
I like it because it's unique and noticeable but I hate it for the way everyone over-applies it. It should be used in very subtle amounts: one spray is enough.
I used to find this scent pleasant, but now I'm rather indifferent to it. I find it cloying at times, especially if someone has abused the sprayer.
Le Male is too synthetic for me.
I like it, but dont love it. If we are sticking to designer frags there are many others I prefer. Just from "like Le Male but not Le Male" I prefer 212 Sexy Men. From non niche vanillas in general, the 3 I have (Eau des Baux, Caron PuH, Joop Thrill Man) are far better.
If you include niche then SDV is unsurpassed for me.
I don't really mind it, but I wouldn't wear it (which is unfortunate as I've bought a ton of it due to the clever/gimmicky packaging. The flick knife bottle being a favourite.)
I find it has an accord that makes it smell like Pledge (a spray polish. Not sure if you get this stateside.) It has also been ripped of by Axe/Lynx for one of their deodorants, so you smell it off of everyone.
Le Male smells AMAZING on me
On other people it stinks though lol
I like it. The best vanilla imo is Guerlain Shalimar.
Hate it!!!
I don't care for it. I would wear Shalimar instead of it.
I'm not OLD...I'm VINTAGE!
Women tend to LOVE it!
Never tried it and I never will.... can't stand the bottle.
If I Could Only Have a Dozen:
1. Creed Green Irish Tweed
2. Creed Silver Mountain Water
3. Guerlain Vetiver
4. Acqua di Parma Colonia Intensa
5. Creed Bois Du Portugal
6. Chanel Pour Monsieur Concentree
7. Creed Tabarome Millesime
8. Guerlain Heritage
9. Penhaligon's Sartorial
10. Creed Royal Oud
11. Chanel Egoiste
12. Creed EROLFA
I like the scent but I don't like people wearing it coz its overpowering and in the wrong environment, it can get offensive. Recently in an office environment whenever a particular guy who wears it enter the room we will know that the man whore had arrived. Even the women don't wear perfume that strong. Got nothing against him but weird how the scent gave me a perceived bad impression of that person. His probably an ok dude. A risky scent to wear to an interview.
My Signature Lineup: Ambre Tabac, Green Leather, Alexandria II, MFK Baccarat Rouge 540, Grand Soir, Spice & Wood, Vetiver Geranium, Royal Mayfair, Pardon, Roja Dove Enigma, Jubilation XXV, Prada L'homme, AVENTUS, GIT, Clive Christian C and X, Herod, Velvet Orchid, Black Orchid, Layton, Pegasus,DHI, DH Parfum, ADP Colonia, Leather Concentree,Tuscan Leather,Noir de Noir, Oud Wood, Noir Extreme APOM, BEL AMI, Gengis Khan, Reflection Man, Nio, Cedrat Boise, Interlude Man,
I like it but it's flanker , Le Male Terrible , is even better.
Earlier today I was by a guy who looked like he was a total tool that took a bath in this stuff. The wake from his sillage was amazing. I do feel the formula has changed 12 years ago but that maybe me...anyway I have long out grew Le Male..sorry Robes.
