    Question Trumper Lavender Water

I am interested in trying Trumper's Lavender Water and was wondering how it compares to other lavender colognes like Caldey, Atkinsons, Oxford & Cambridge, and others.

It's nice enough not as soft and flowery as Caldey and it does not have that minty aspect that makes O&C special. Also it is not as bracing as Caroun Un Pour Homme.

It is a pleasant middle of the road lavender nothing special but it is not bad either.

I'll have to give it a try and see what I think. Any other thoughts?

It's a good, basic dry-herbal lavender. Adequate longevity for a lavender. Not as complex and minty as O&C (as JH said). I don't know Atkinsons or Caldey so I can't comment. Crabtree & Evelyn Lavender Water is similar, a little more fresh and vital. But the C&E product has been discontinued.
