For sure it is Texas. But really it's fantastic, and I don't love a lot of Bond scents.

As a New Yorker, I'm not really on board with this line just too cheesy and touristy and over priced...But I do like Fire Island, aka the Bain de Soleil vs Coppertone scent ( and bottle) and the pink one with the necklace...Madison Square (bottle only)

Here's a funny link from the NYT about what New York City really smells like:

My favorite is Chinatown (but that's considered unisex), then Madison Soiree and The Scent of Peace. Saks en Rose and New York Fling are good too.

My favorites are listed in the unisex poll, but of the ones listed here, I prefer Astor Place and Lexington Avenue.

I'm thinking of buying Broadway Nite, and I'm hearing everyone say this has aldehydes in which I do not smell. The begining has an opening note that is unusual but I do not find it offensive, this note calms down quite a bit but is always present. All i really get out of this is an unusual nutty woody vanilla and sweet floral. I know this board list aldehydes but I called the company and they say it contains none. I usually do not like perfumes such as Chanel no 5, and E L White Linen because of the aldehydes, they smell like old clothes kept in the attic for thirty years. Broadway Nite does not smell like musty old clothes, to me, but does it smell that way to someone else?

Didn't see NY Amber on any of the lists. That is my absolute favorite frag right now! Love it!
