Default fragrance alley and the potential for fakes

So, ive spent the last 4 hours researching and reading up on the BN forums concerning ebay, and fake creeds. The seller "fragrance alley", from what ive read has gotten relatively negative reviews amongst basenoters too for either selling fakes, or rotten creeds. Has anyone had any recent experiences with them/him? the majority of the posts are from 2008 or earlier, and as far as i can tell, the company or person has been either changed, or revamped.

In any case, Im looking to buy a bottle of erolfa (4oz/120ml). As far as I know, its one of the less popular creeds and consequently, hasnt been counterfeited as much. Would it really be a terrible idea to go ahead with it? Im thinking if the general consensus is to avoid this seller (or potentially this auction http://www.ebay.com/itm/EROLFA-CREED...item3a66508d46 ) than ill just go with a bottle of sel marin off of lucky scent.

Please let me know if you guys think it might be worth a shot, or of the link to the auction posted could be a genuine/legit bottle. Thanks

I bought once from that seller and had no problems.

Thanks guys. Hednic, you're positive the bottle you got was fresh an authentic/genuine?
