    Default Aramis Soap Bars

I came across a packet of 3 Aramis soap bars that a chemist was getting rid of cheap. I tried one out the other day, using it,
a........As a soap, it cleans well, and
b........For layering, like one would use scented shower gel i.e. getting out of shower spray, applying it, lowering water temperature, and quickly getting back to shower spray and rinsing it off.

Used in the shower gel mode it gave me a very nice toned down version of Aramis which lasted for around three hours. My wife, who doesn't like me wearing regular Aramis EDT, quite liked the soap bar version of the scent.

Has anybody else used Aramis soap bars for their scent properties?
    Regards,
    Renato

My father used to have a stash of these - the long oval creme colored bars. From what I remembered they did lather and clean well.

Thanks. Mine are long and rectangular. They must have reformulated the shape!

Oh yes, I used to own the Soap-On-A-Rope years ago - I agree the scent is very prominent & strong, but this is normal for most of the Estee Lauder Brands body products.

Aramis scented bath salts are the bomb!

So now there are three versions of Aramis soap! Thanks for the info.
I like soap-on-a- rope, as I can always find it.

I had no knowledge of the bath salts, but I'm a shower person.
