Default High School guy looking to expand horizons.

I used to have American Eagle 77 and Adidas. I ran out of both and am looking for some new fragrances. For the time being I am stuck with Axe, but these are what I am looking into. Let me know if there is anything that isn't suitable for a high schooler in this list (young(er) smelling and nothing so strong as to give anyone around me a headache, considering I am in close proximity to people all day) or I would really appreciate it if you could tell me anything you consider a "must have". Or if you just have your own opinions, anything is appreciated.

    Burberry London
    Pi by Givenchy
    A Men
    Rochas Man
    American Eagle 77
    Abercrombie Fierce

Also, I don't like colognes that make me smell like I just stepped out of the shower. So anything, but that. And cost really isn't too much of an issue with my family or myself.

    WELCOME !!!!!

    Burberry London is good.

I would recommend that you test:

    Bleu de Chanel
    Dior Homme Sport
    Boss Bottled (Boss #6)
    Hanae Mori H.M.
    and
    Joop! Jump

    Your short list is fine.

+1 Dior Homme Sport. Also Eau Sauvage.

If you have a little more adventurous, Breath of God by Lush (which has a smoky note).

For highschool guy Abercrombie Fierce is a right choice.

And I think that American Eagle 77 is discontinued. I had it and just used all of it couple of days ago.
Right now I think that I have all the fragrances that I want.

Your short list is fine. But looking back if I had this resource when I was in HS I would have looked for fragrances that were just a little out side the Macy's counter or Sephora (if i could have afforded it). Depending on you budget possibly Creed's GIT, Aventus, Silver Mountain Water. Also, Van Cleef and Arpels Midnight in Paris could work. Also, maybe look at thepurfumedcourt.com get some samples before buying one expensive bottle. I could be off base here.. but that is what i would have done back then.

I loved that cologne. Every time I wore it I got tons of compliments. I kid you not, some days I had my whole classroom full of classmates asking to smell me. And that includes a couple of teachers. And I believe you can find it on EBay, or somewhere similar. But what I wanted to know is, how would you describe it, under what category (citrus, woody, oriental, etc.), and what some notes were. Because, as a newbie, I have no clue.

    It's a woody musky smell.

I'd think you'd be fine with Rochas and Fierce haha
But Burberry London gets really great around winter time
