Elizabeth Taylor's Passion for Men.
I first discovered it in 1990 in the Bay on Yonge and Queen Streets in Toronto and wore it a lot during the 90's. I remember getting unsolicited compliments from females about it.
I just got it in a swap (for another Passion - Ferrari), so it's back after a hiatus of about five years. And I'm hoping for the return of the female compliments!!
Once again i'm in my classics mood, so Obsession is just right!
Narciso Rodriguez again.

Guerlain Vetiver for the second day in a row. I'm really digging this new (to me) fragrance.
Just because it happened to you doesn't make it interesting.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

Lacoste Original.. something very basic about this that makes me keep
coming back to it.
My SOTD is my 3rd in the vetiver collection sampler series from Liquid Art, and it is Carlo Corinto Vetyver EDT. This is a very fine vetiver I'm finding! It is an earthy, aromatic vetiver, with a hint of licorice or anise to my nose in the opening. There are no citrus elements to speak of, and I would approximate it to how Route du Vetiver smells after 3-4 hours; perhaps a little softer with some sandalwood in the base. The Corinto version is really nicely done, however, and should warrant a serious try from any dedicated vetiver lover. Any other experiences with this one?

L'Eau de L'Artisan - it's just too darn hot and humid (seems I'm not alone in that regard today) for anything even remotely approaching the heavier side of the scent spectrum.
