Thanks, but I've found a supply of MI from elsewhere. Turns out I lucked out.

I would however be up for a Spice and Wood split.

Also would be interested in a GIT split.

Thanks. Being an international thing, I'm slightly worried about the exchange rate/shipping costs bringing the price up.

That's the question. Royal Exclusifs are sold here for 525€, so a split of 5 spots costs 110 or so, incluying bottles, decanting and shipping materials. I'm trying to get a better offer so I can reduce costs, but that's unlikely.

Being the USD so weak against EUR makes selling to the US BN members more difficult. If USD raised just a little bit, it would be a nice price for US members.

Ok, I'll wait a bit for an opportunity for a domestic supplier to open up a split. If that doesn't happen, soon(ish), I would possibly be willing to help complete it. (I'm trying to buy several different splits ATM, so I have to minimize cost on each one.)

Montale or Mancera cannot be split. They do not cost enough under Basenotes split policy.. The bottle must cost a minimum of $200.00 USD to split a 100mL bottle.

30 ml. bottle must cost $90 | £56 or more, minimum split is 5 ml.
50 ml. bottle must cost $125 | £78 or more, minimum split is 10 ml.
60 ml. bottle must cost $150 | £93 or more, minimum split is 10 ml.
75 ml. bottle must cost $165 | £103 or more, minimum split is 15 ml.
100 ml. bottle must cost $200 | £125 or more, minimum split is 20 ml.
125 ml. bottle must cost $225 | £140 or more, minimum split is 25 ml.
150 ml. bottles must cost $250 | £156 or more, minimum split is 30 ml.
250+ ml. bottles must cost $350 | £218 or more, minimum split is 50 ml.

I think I am the 3rd person here interested in a Dior BDA split. Anyone interested in getting the 8.5oz for $250...could do 5 50ml splits and wouldn't be very expensive at all.

Unfortunately, at the current price it does not qualify under Basenotes split rules. When the perfume increases to $295.00, it will the qualify for a split.

I just checked the split board rules and even at the new price ($295) the 250ml bottle does not qualify:

"250+ ml. bottles must cost $350 | £218 or more, minimum split is 50 ml."

I definitely have seen Dior Privee releases being split before - can a moderator please clarify whether the new priced Dior bottles qualify or can get an exception if one was to post something for a split?

NEW SPLIT - By Kilian A Taste of Heaven (full 50ml bottles). .

Most of the time I am very proud of the Basenotes community. Time after time I have witnessed the thoughtfulness, empathy & genuine friendship that members of this community extend to others - oldtimers & newcomers alike. There are other times, however, when egos get the upper hand and civility goes out the window. My philosophy is that I won't say anything here that I would not say if you were standing in front of me. Welcome to Basenotes, each and every one of us. ~ TwoRoads
