I know this question sounds pretty much like a foolish truism and I also know that men can wear any scents they want, including more feminine ones, since fragrance industry was initially we know as unisex, but I had to simply formulate this question.
Lately, I have discovered a passion for iris notes, there is something that truly attracts me in e.g., male iris scents like DHI (oddly, I do not like Dior Homme, but I love DHI), but also in a broad spectrum of iris scents for all genders and reaching from mass-market to niche.
So, my question is, could "Iris" by L'Erbolario be worn by me? I like slightly floral male scents, I like their powderyness and crispiness, but I do not like too "lipsticky iris" and/or too "lipsticky florals", you know, that garish note reminding of cheap makeup, combined of stuffy, dusty mustiness and equally cheap sweets.
I do however love moderately sweet/gourmand floral and/or iris notes.
Is this scent thus a recommendable choice? More so, because it's not a blind buy, I am familiar with its notes and I tend towards liking them, but additional opinions are always welcome and would be truly appreciated.

So far no, but thanks for suggesting, I am looking forward to trying this
I like many florals, so I may not be the best person to discuss this. But I do not find anything feminine in Erbolario Iris, it is rather crisp (too much perhaps). So if you like it you should go for it. Plus, it is quite cheap, at least in Italy. (Re; florals, I also like their Narciso sublime).
