I decided to do my frags in a database because of the presentation with photos, notes and the overall joy of having your collection showcased.

I still keep them in my spreadsheet but the database presentation just looks so much better and I like better overview. As I say 112 fragrances is just enough to justify having them in a database while not too much to bother making the fragrance database in the first place.

As my collection grows, I will update my spreadsheet and database with the new members of the family

I also like how you with just one mouse click can change the view from photo show to spreadsheet like appearance within the database.

Bento 4 is a nice little database program - I'm glad I bought it

Could I live without organising my frags this way - hell Yeahhh
But it just looks so smooth having your frag collection setup this way

Lacking the computer savy of you gentlemen, I do not know how to create a data base for my inventory. However, I do have a Word document listing in alphabetical order all 1155 bottles in my collection, which, at long last are in their own small, panelled room. I don't want to bore anyone with the actual list, but if anyone is interested I'll post it here.
