Cool NEW Axe Anarchy - What did the ripoff this time?

So Dark Temptation is basically Play Intense by Givenchy (in fact, on the drydown they're disturbingly indistinguishable). This was, heretofore, the only tolerable Axe since it actually directly copied without variance from the original.

Now comes Axe Anarchy; this too smells like a Givenchy gourmand ripoff to my nose, possibly Pi, anyone else have any idea what famous perfume hack Ann Gottlieb and her army of clone perfumers boosted for this mass market atrocity?

Is there a list of Axe frags and what they are supposed to be copying?

I thought A*Men was the inspiration for Dark Temptation. Also, Dark Temptation came out before Play Intense, didn't it?

While most Axe scents I'd recommend to people ages 10 to 15 only, I wouldn't recommend DT to anyone.

I can't believed they are now trying to sell a women's version of Axe? I am sorry i can see an adolescent boy using who is gym rat but I would be so turned off if a chick had a bottle of this.... If i saw a can of this in her place all that comes to mind is that she is trying to cover up the smelly smell of her birdcage between her legs......nasty!

Anarchy smells similar to D&G PH I've heard. I only smelled it once so I am not sure of this.

From my direct experience, Axe Anarchy smells a whole lot like L'Homme La Nuit.

When I smell Axe lately, it reminds me of a bug bomb that blew off..lol..I used to like it..now, I just can't stand the stuff. I used to like DT, Kilo..now..I think of a Raid can when that shoots out, lol. Lingering too, eck. I sniffed the Anarchy, remember it being sweet. I think it's ok to use the deodorant and whatnot I guess..but not the body spray, it's just overkill. lol.

I took a whiff of Anarchy while I was grocery shopping last night with this thread in mind. There is nothing in my memory bank that this reminds me of specifically. It does have an air of commonality to it, one of those scents that you feel like you have smelled before. I want to say that it is closer to a car air freshener than anything else. Maybe a cleaning product.
