Hello all. Ma Griffe today.
Good Morning ladies, the SOTD is Bond No.9 New Haarlem
I can't get enough on Bulgari Omnia at the moment.
I layer it with a gingerbread body lotion, and the two
combine very nicely. It is my new cold weather combo!

Good morning everyone Sotd is Hypnotic Poison.
Good morning !. Hope everyone enjoyed their respective romantic liasons yesterday .
Maison Francis Kurkdjian Aqua Universalis Forte today. What a mouthful - lovely scent though, vaguely reminiscent of Eau Premiere (but much better IMHO).

Caron Delire de Roses. What a delightful thing. Why are people generally meh about this? It is a lovely thing. A true, true rose with no cloyingly sweet or overly aromatic facets going on, as many rose soliflores have. Then a green green note. New sap. It is not ornate, it is restrained, beautiful in its apparent simplicity, and there is nothing wrong with that!...................... I am a girl.......................

Science is not only compatible with spirituality, it is a profound source of spirituality. When we recognize our place in an immensity of light-years and in the passage of ages, when we grasp the intricacy, beauty, and subtlety of life, then that soaring feeling, that sense of elation and humility combined, is surely spiritual. ..Carl Sagan

Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."

I'm trying out Diptyque L'eau this morning. It opens very spicy. If you are a clove fan, this would be a good one for you.
Have a great day!
Everyone smells so classic and beautiful today...you all have such great taste.
I woke up in a mood to wear roses (I wore roses all day yesterday, three different kinds No. 88, Rose Barbare & Rose 31) and I was almost going to wear my dwindling sample of vintage Rose Poivree by TDC, but then I remembered that I really have to write up a proper full review of...
Turtle Vetiver Front by Les Nez
..so that is my SOTD. Review coming soon!
"All problems are illusions of the mind."

SOTD: Arabian Wood by Tom Ford (from sample).
Wearing Narcisse Noir, big incense in cold weather. I never noticed it was that similar to the incense in Pour Une Femme until today.
Ooh, Kewart, that layering combo sounds really nice!
I'm having a eureka! moment- have found a sample that excites me! Guess I just needed to complain out loud about my sampling boredom. Wearing Sarah Horowitz Parfums Perfect Veil. Now, this is what I wanted from Ava Luxe's Love's True Bluish Light, which is very pretty but feels incomplete to me. Perfect Veil is also a warm, clean musky, "your skin but better" type of scent. Safe, I'd say but not at all boring. Definitely has layering potential as well, an aspect I love in a fragrance. More bang for my buck that way!
I've also had the pleasure recently of sampling a bespoke scent that SH made for a fellow Bner of ours. A fantastic rosy woody musk. This gal is really impressing me!
The nose wants what it wants!
Eau de Soir today.
Thank you to Mimi for reminding me of it on my chypre quest
