Default Tom Ford Italian Cypress; or, my lucky day.

I managed to get a 1.7 oz bottle of this for under $50. It was on closeout.

Funny, last night I was just thinking about all the stories I read about people finding great frags in sale baskets, wondering "why doesn't this happen to me?" Then this happened. I'm thrilled.

Gorgeous scent too. I'm finding something new every time I smell it.

I don't think Italian Cypress is popular among Tom Ford enthusiats. It's one of my favorite from the line, and they discount it nicely. Enjoy!

Good snag! That's one discount buy worth crowing about - a great frag!

@Mesaboogie: at a store called Drug Emporium, in Abilene TX. I've been to another, which was nice, but the one I visited today had Antaeus, 6-7 Creeds, Antidote, and many, many others. The woman was so incredibly nice too - she let me smell anything I wanted, and seemed to enjoy my fragrance banter. I'm planning on making a trip up there next month to examine the Creeds more closely.

Well done! I do like this scent and think it would be sexy on a woman as well. I love to wear this with a suit- it's classy and will make you stand out from the crowd.

They also had Grey Vetiver, but it was marked at $50-ish, so I went with Italian Cypress (being the cheapskate that I am!). The opening burst of sweetness caught me off guard with the IC, but it grew on me very quickly on the 3 hour ride home. Lovely stuff, indeed.

One of the best TF privates, but also retro/dated in style.

I really liked Italian Cypress when I first smelled it. Then I bought Halston Z-14 b/c I read they smelled similar. They do, and now when I smell Italian Cypress it reminds me of Z-14, so it kind of spoiled the magic for me. Still a great scent though!

This has falen down the pecking order in my wardrobe as of late having purchased Tobacco Vanille, Tuscan Leather and Noir de Noir from the Private Blend Collection.

Fresh out of the shower, a single spray to the chest, and I'm instantly reminded why I loved it when I bought it. Possibly the most "dated" fragrance in my wardrobe and most definitely has an 80's vibe.

A great formal fragrance, and one that oozes masculinity according to my girlfriend.
