Yes, I saw the balloon comparison too, kayley! Understandable impression. I find a strange note myself but it reminds me of the Elmer's tub o' paste they used to give us as elementary students for art class. I see you're in the States-I bet you know what I'm referring to!

#3 is tuberose + a pretty heavy immortelle, almost but not quite maple syrupy. Sweeter than I usually like but I found the honeyed tobacco and leather drydown so compelling. Definitely not for everyone as it has a bit of unwashed skankiness to it. But so worth a try, especially since you know the other two. #2 is very nice; I love it for it's pretty but non-airhead nature. These are quite an interesting trio of scents.

    Aiona,

I have a tiny sample of Dior's hypnotic poison and really like it so would be happy to take that bottle off your hands if someone hasn't already reached out to you about it!

    Lisa,

Oh that's funny. I LOVE HDP's L'Animale 3. It's my favorite tuberose perfume, bar none.

Got a ton of replies! I'll try to ship out this weekend. Everyone who messaged me, please send me your snail mail addy. I sure hope you're in the North American continent, but if not, that's okay too.

I can't seem to get ahold of Scentfan, but wanted to post my thanks here for her, should she turn up.

    Hello Scentfan,

I've lost all of my PM's since they did the switch so I hope I'm sending this to the right person. At any rate, I received the lovely Jasmine Keiko Mecheri and wanted to offer my thanks for such a happy bit of mail! I do hope you've received the decants I sent along, or will shortly and can enjoy them as I very much anticipate enjoying your offerings.

Wishing you all sorts of blessings,
    Danieq

Leave her a Feedback entry (click on their name, go to their Profile, in the top right-hand corner there is Feedback, click on Leave Feedback. It is so much easier now). There is no protocol carved in stone, but I leave feedback for anything, from a $300 bottle to a postcard. You can never be too kind.

Hi, danieq. Just found the new site. So glad you're enjoying the Keiko Jasmine. I was practically allergic to it. Will check the post office tomorrow for you decants. Thanks in advance for sending them.

Yikes...I had posted some offerings on this thread before the switch back from Huddler, which seems to mean that posts from last few months have yet to be restored.. If I've promised you something I'll be trolling through my AOL e-mail to see if I can find old basenotes notifications that include your info. Feel free to PM me or post here as well.

EDPGypsy/Danieq/Cacio, tracked down what I promised to send and shipping samples to all of you tonight.

The MDO Vanille from Carrie70 made it safely here on Saturday. I'll give it a wearing soon.

    Thanks, Carrie.

Calling zabuza: The samples of Heeley Figuier, Vagabond Prince Enchanted Forest, Creed Virgin Island Water, and Majda Bekkali Mon Nom Est Rouge are on their way. I left them at the post office an hour ago.

    Hi folks!

Just did a bit of organizing, and found a few things that need a good home. These are two groups of items and can go to two different people (US only please).

    1. Three vials of Narciso Rodrigeuz for Her (Musc oil, EDP and EDT). I must be asnomic these - Claimed by proverbialromance!

    2. Pacifica Perfume samples (Hawaiian Ruby Guava, Indian Coconut Nectar, Mexican Cocoa, Thai Lemongrass, Tuscan Blood Orange) - Claimed by marleygirl!

    Hello Everyone,

There are no takers for my L'occitane L'oranger Neroli on the swap thread.
My bottle is 95% full, no cap. I am happy to send it to anyone here in the USA.
The scent is still as rich and potent as it was when I bought it 10 years ago.
Let me know and it's yours.
    Happy Thanksgiving/ Holidays!
    Fragrance Fanatic,
    Sara

It is a rich, opulent orange flower scent.

    Enjoy,
